We have had multiple problems that AA Cassaro Plumbing has taken care of for us. We bought this older home 3 years ago and there were several problems we needed taken care of several different times. They were on time, friendly but very professional and explained what the problems were and what needed to be done to fix them, along with estimated cost. They knew we were seniors and went out of their way to send a tech to us very quickly. I would recommend them for any type of plumbing problem, or plumbing updates as it were, as they are reasonably priced, always on-time and very professional.. This also applies to the office staff who goes out of their way to always keep us updated on the service tech’s ETAs. Thank all of you for the great work.

I’m surprised they don’t have a better rating. They’ve always been really great for me, and even fixed an issue that SEVERAL other plumbers couldn’t figure out.

Used Cassaro for an issue at my house. Service was great. Came when they said they would and explained in great detail the issue and didn’t have any unexpected surprises. Guys that came were courteous and professional. I will be glad if I never have another plumbing issue again, but if I do, at least I will know who to call.

Sam and his staff are great. I had a main line leak and they got it stopped. Quick service and cleaned up you would not even know they were here. Saved me 4000.00 from other estimates.

Highly recommended(!) We replaced toilets in both bathrooms and had a full-house water purifier system installed. The system works great, less soap now needed for laundry and the dishes come out of the dishwasher without spots. Also, great tasting water from every faucet in the house. Cassaro’s ripped-out the old kitchen under-sink purifier free-of-charge when we asked Joe if that would be included in the quote he had already given us. They arrived on-time, good communication, accurate billing (and NO, we didn’t have a problem with their credit card fees since we wrote a check) – and most importantly, the work was performed in a competent and professional manner. Only unexpected complication was the replacement of the water pressure reducer valve, it was original to the house and 25 years-old, –including parts and labor, was towards the lower end of the going rate now days for such a replacement.

AA Cassaro Plumbing is the ONLY plumber to call if you want reliable, honest, knowledgeable technicians in your home or business. It is refreshing to know this company genuinely cares about its customers. From the internal to the external employee’s, we have always received the greatest customer service. We have had re-pipes, water heater, water leaks, clogged drains and sewer lines and they have always resolved the issue. I have my entire family using & reccomending A.A. Cassaro Plumbing. It is heartwarming & worth the share the time this year when Team Cassaro went out to my 82 years young, Aunt Max’s home and called me personally to report their findings & shared the investment amount it would take to correct the water leak in her wall. Although my aunt wasn’t happy about the call, I WAS! Sam, the Plumbing Service Manager made sure I knew the scope of work involved & wanted to be sure my aunt fully understood as well…which she did. It means the world to know people care about our seniors and not just about making a sale. Thank you Team Cassaro! Y’all are the BEST!

These guys aren’t always the quickest to call back, in fact I have even been completely forgotten about. That said, I have had experience with a few of their plumbers and the actual work they do seems good quality. $125/hour, +3% fee if you pay by credit card

Joe and his team are the best! I have a commercial kitchen that has had some challenges and they came through everytime, on time! They are knowledgable and pleasant and fixed a situation I thought was unfixable..thanks to all who helped make it happen from start to finish! And they clean up area when they’re done too (not all workmen do)!! Thanks again for a job very well done!

Efficient and expedient. Our 1940s DTLV bungalow was leaking under the toilet and bathtub. They snaked it and caulked it in no time at all.
